Security practices
Data encryption
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Sensitive credentials and payment information are handled by trusted providers and are never stored in plaintext within InsightPlot.
Access control
Access to your analysis, reports, and preferences is restricted to your own account through row-level security. Administrative access to platform systems is limited to authorized personnel.
Data retention
Report history is retained based on your subscription tier — 7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, and unlimited on Business. You can delete your reports and data at any time.
Compliance
Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Privacy policy
InsightPlot collects the information you provide when creating an account, such as your name and email address, and the analysis requests, reports, and preferences you generate while using the platform.
We use this information to deliver and improve our services, manage your subscription and credits, and respond to your support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your analysis data is visible only to you. You may request deletion of your data or your account at any time by contacting support.
Terms of service
By using InsightPlot, you agree to use the platform for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting analysis requests.
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until canceled. Credits are allocated per billing cycle and reset at the start of each cycle based on your plan.
InsightPlot provides AI-generated analysis based on publicly available data and reasoned estimates. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of generated reports, and they should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
